We hope you love your unwarrented pieces—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan.
If you need to return an item, please ensure it reaches us within 14 working days from the original shipment date.

Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotion

Items with stains, pet hair or fluff, or makeup stains

Items without original tags attached

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are not in original packaging
Return parcels must include your order name or order number so we can identify your return. Including your order number and return reason on a note in your return package helps us process your return faster.
We reserve the right to deny returns if items are returned used, worn, soiled, or damaged in any way—including excessive hair, perfume, or strong scents on the fabric.
If your return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to you, and you’ll be notified via email.
