All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During launches, sales and busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
